Speake Marin unveils the Ripples Gold, a refined expression of contemporary haute horology infused with timeless elegance. Encased in 4N ethical rose gold, the signature La City case—designed by Stéphane Lacroix—harmonizes circular and square elements in a sophisticated 40.30mm architecture composed of 40 precision-engineered components. Certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), the gold used is responsibly sourced, ensuring both sustainability and luxury. The warm glow of the rose gold is enhanced by meticulous satin-brushed and polished finishes, a distinctive square bezel with bevelled edges, and a protected screw-in crown featuring a laser-engraved logo. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal safeguards both the dial and case back, while a mocha-colored calf leather strap with an embossed denim motif adds a contemporary touch, secured by a 4N rose gold and titanium folding clasp.

Comprising 144 meticulously finished components and 31 jewels, it operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and delivers an impressive 52-hour power reserve when fully wound. The off-centre tungsten micro-rotor, heavier than 22K gold, optimizes winding efficiency while allowing the case to remain elegantly slim. The dial, a masterpiece of craftsmanship, showcases hand-satin-brushed horizontal wave engravings with a golden-brown zapon finish, amplifying light reflections. Polished 4N gold diamond-cut hour markers and Big Ben-inspired hands enhance readability, complemented by the signature 1:30 small seconds subdial—a testament to technical ingenuity.
