Independent watch designer Mark Braun brings a decadent burgundy hue to the always popular Metro. The Muted Red draws inspiration from a fine red wine, and is equally delicious inside its own glass - a sapphire domed crystal. Despite its petite size, the dial retains a spacious and legible feeling while still making room for plenty of details. The minute markers are spaced in pink around the perimeter between numerals laid out in five-minute intervals, with additional dot indexes that contrast against the deep red in grey. The playful rose pink carries through to the small seconds hand in the sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
