The latest Louis Erard collection builds on the foundation of the 39 mm Petite Seconde with a collaboration with watch aficionado Amr Sindi, aka "The Horophile." Three unique variations round out this sharp collection, which draws inspiration from Art Deco era Manhattan cityscapes with a distinctly modern influence. This "Neo Deco" contemporary interpretation is available in a total of 178 pieces split between the Slate, Salmon, and Tobacco colored dials.
La Petite Seconde Metropolis Louis Erard x The Horophile in Slate shows off an anthracite dial with a circular satin-finish exterior and counter, gadrooned center, and 5N red gilded transfers. The Metropolis firmly pays tribute to the architecture and design of the 1920s, while bringing it forth to modern times. This influence is seen from the rounded numerals to the Empire state inspired baton-shaped hands. A dark brown grained calf leather strap handsomely complements the design, while offering supreme comfort on the wrist. Its functional catch spring bars allow for the strap to be changed effortlessly.
