Our Diamond Promise to You

1. We will replace, free of charge, any diamond covered by this promise if it chips, breaks or is lost from it’s original setting during normal wear. *This excludes all damage caused by abusive or abnormal wear.

2. In order for this promise to remain in effect, you must have your diamond inspected and have the inspection documented every 6 months by an authorized Oster Jewelers representative**. This does not apply to lost jewelry and we recommend that you insure your jewelry against theft and loss.

3. We support the Kimberley Process by not selling or trading conflict diamonds.

4. For purchases over $10,000, we will provide insurance for 1 year.

5. We will guarantee the mounting for your diamond against all defects in material and workmanship for 1 year. We will repair or replace your mounting without charge if any defects are found during this time. After the first year, any repairs done will be at a discounted rate.

6. We will professionally clean and inspect your ring as often as you’d like at no charge.

7. The first sizing on your ring is free.

8. Anytime you would like your ring polished or re-brushed, we will do that at no charge. (Excludes Rhodium plated rings)

9. Trade-Up Promise You may trade-in your diamond at any time for another diamond worth at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding tax.

**We highly recommend signing up for an inspection schedule with your diamond consultant to keep your new diamond sparkly, clean and in tip-top shape.
