If we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered or need special sizing we will contact you via phone or email to special order the item or help you find alternative choices. We reserve the right to not sell an item listed in error for any reason.

GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

We offer FREE 2 Business day FedEx shipping within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). You may inquire about international shipping; however, customs duties vary by country and are the responsibility of you, the recipient. We are unable to deliver FedEx to P.O. boxes, please call us at 303-572-1111 for alternative delivery.

Shipping and billing address must match to process through our web site or your sale will not be completed. If you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address from your card, please call us at 303-572-1111 for further details. When entering your address, do not enter symbols such as #,.() or your sale will not proceed.

Keep in mind that there is a 24 hour lag time when your order is placed to when it is shipped for authorization. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
