The Dior Huit: Lucky #8
Dior unveils it's new watch collection under the name Dior VIII. Pronounced with the French term huit for the roman numeral eight. Each watch carries the individually pyramid-shaped ceramic links (mimicking the signature quilted Lady Dior handbags) and deep black lacquer dials with the VIII at the 8 o'clock mark. Why the VIII? Christian Dior opened his couture house on October 8, named his first clothing collection Eight and Dior's jewelry headquarters are at 8 Place Vendome, Paris. So, the number eight has been lucky for Dior. Deemed the little black dress watch, we hope that your Dior VIII watch will be as lucky for you too.
